Dehydrated vegetables

Vegetables are the edible parts of plants, such as their leaves, roots, stems, flowers, fruits, or seeds. They are a staple food worldwide and are a fundamental part of modern agriculture. Vegetables are low in calories but high in nutrients, and most health experts recommend eating them daily. A balanced diet of different varieties of vegetables is one of the best ways to get nutrients from food.
